Job description:

• You will be responsible to manage regional marketing and medical related events and activities in line with regional requirements and SOPs.
• Manage marketing and medical related events, which includes planning, budgeting, execution (e.g. registration, logistics set-up, contracts, travel, accommodation, meals, meeting material) in line with set budgets, processes and policies.
• Conduct research for event venues, requests proposals from service providers (including provision of required logistics and material) and negotiates rates. Follow-ups with all functions to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Overall Purpose of Role

The Workshop Engineer is responsible for ensuring all equipment is serviced, tested and interfaced as per client requirements for offshore projects. As Offshore engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring this is carried out in a timely and organized manner with particular attention to maintaining the high QA standards already in place. You will also assist with the review and development of workshop testing and procedures.

Relationships: Reports to Technical Manager, liaises with Line managers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Testing/interfacing and fault finding of electronic survey equipment

As the Senior/Building Executive, s/he will perform Facilities Management duties on building operations (housekeeping/cleaning, carpark operations, security and fire safety) to maintain the building to its high standards and to provide excellent quality of service to tenants. Hiring a hands-on Senior automation/tooling engineer with a strong mechatronics design background to join our rapidly expanding automation team.
