• Under the direction of the Director, of Global Callebaut Chocolate Academy, the Regional Chocolate Academy Lead will lead the Chef services in all activities by focusing on delivering a unique customer experience to all typologies of customers for the region.
• He/she directly manages the region's Head Chefs Chocolate Academy. This crucial role ensures consistency for the whole region in delivering a unique customer journey.
