Team Summary

The Consumer Solutions group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions as well as Engagement Solutions and the benefits platforms that function across all product categories – together, these are Visa’s core products. What the SD, Head of Core Product Management does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions, AP, the Head of Core Product Management will be responsible for initiatives across four broad areas of responsibility

1. Management of established core products - Credit, Debit and Prepaid to maximize operational efficiency in managing these established platforms
2. Identification and development and execute initiatives to drive expansion of Visa’s consumer credit portfolio, in line with the Visa 2030 strategy, driving growth in associated PV and revenue across.
3. Facilitate Visa’s thought leadership in the AP payments industry through promulgation of Core Product best practices.

The role-holder will lead a team of direct line reports in Singapore and works closely with Core Product teams across AP, responsible for evolving and building end-to-end consumer experiences that drive client preference for Visa as a strategic partner and make us an enabler of superior value propositions for digitally-enabled consumers.

An essential part of Visa’s success is the establishment and application of rules and standards, to ensure a uniform, reliable point-of-sale UX, both online and offline. The Head of Core Product Management will lead the efficient administration of these Rules and Standards as they pertain to Core Products, ensuring that the Rules are fit-for-purpose, while also ensuring their efficient operation and administration.

The role-holder will be responsible for the identification, development, commercialization and launch of new ways to grow the consumer unsecured credit business in AP, working closely with issuers and internal Global counterparts to expand “credit-card” issuance, as well as newer ways of efficiently facilitating the provision of unsecured credit, for example BNPL or other methods.

In addition, the SD, will manage Visa’s cardholder benefits such as merchant and partner benefits, Visa Concierge, Insurance and Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, as well as Core VAS (Value Added Services) service lines such as GCAS (Global Customer Assistance Services), Lounge referrals, Visa Customized Benefits, and the capabilities that support the delivery of these benefits and services. Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive regional marketing in ASEAN. Reporting to the Senior Manage, this role will lead and implement our regional field marketing strategy for ASEAN countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines. The role will also work closely with the General Manager (ASEAN) as well as regional sales leaders to drive pipelines.

We are looking for an experienced field marketer with SaaS / Cloud experience. The successful candidate is proficient in understanding the customer/prospect journey, and has robust experience in demand generation programs, pipeline creation, field events, campaigns, digital, and ABM.  The person will work closely with Business Development (BD) and Account Executive (AE) to drive alignment and leads follow-up & conversion.
 

• Lead regional marketing execution to drive pipeline growth and improve funnel conversion.

• Own strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs, field events (owned and 3rd party) and webinars.  The person will collaborate cross functionally to drive email campaigns/nurtures, and digital marketing.

• Collaborate with sales, business development, and customer success leaders to ensure strong execution and results. 

• Own quarterly planning cycle with sales and functional teams for interlock, and alignment at QBR (Quarterly Business Review).

• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and measure all marketing programs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with brand, campaigns, customer and product marketing teams to drive expansion within existing customer segments and identify opportunities for new business initiatives.
