• Monitor Analytical and post analytical issues related to samples including investigation and remediation of the same
• Proposals made to optimize work processes and procedures and work regulations have been drawn up

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years’ work experience in a central lab or clinical laboratory.
• Prefer experiences in supervising the medical technologist.
• Control of MS Office and the Software packages of the devices at the laboratory.
• Use of Biorad URT / similar application
• Troubleshooting related to assay , QC or PT failures.
• B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent.
