Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Manage appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling of service appointments, and optimize workshop capacity.
• Prepare accurate service estimates, invoices, and work orders.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure a seamless workflow and efficient allocation of tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Order and manage the inventory of parts and materials as needed for vehicle repairs.
• Perform data entry and maintain both digital and physical records.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in assessing their service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns, requests, and descriptions of vehicle problems.
• Assist technicians in conveying accurate and clear explanations of repair and maintenance services, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.

Job Scope:

The Purchaser will be in charge of procurement of materials, equipment, machinery, services and rental to maintain inventory levels and fulfil project site requests.

Purchasing Scope:

• Full spectrum of purchasing process; receiving requistion forms, sourcing quotations, issuing PO, co-ordinating delivery, reconciliation of DO and POs and liaising with accounts for payment.
• Follow SOP in sourcing of new vendors.
• Adhere to ISO compliance in procurement process; documentation for ISO requirements include evaluation of vendor. Document user's feedback with regards to quality and service of goods and services.
• Review of quotations; sensitivity to clauses in terms & conditions that have a material impact on the cost of the goods/service.
• Follow up on open/ outstanding POs; be aware of delivery dates and communicate with relevant staff.
• Negotiate terms & conditions favourable to the company.
• Ensure documentation for procurement process is complete from Requistion Form to Purchase Order to Delivery Order to invoice.
• Keep track on rental equipment/ items to ensure no idle time and prompt return to vendor.
• Project costing
• Analysis and forecast of material usage by project sites.
• Work closely with the store to ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected in database.
• Assist with stocktake and audit.
• Liaise with IT vendor on maintenance of software and development of new Apps.

Job Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in purchasing in the construction/ marine sector.
2. Diploma in Procurement/logistics or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. High level of competence in Excel will be favoured.

• Good Experience on SAP Data migration strategy to migrate from ECC/Non-SAP to SAP S4 HANA as using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS 4.2)
• Strong Data Migration background
• Work experience on various transformations like Map Operation, Table Comparison, Row-Generation, History Preserving, Query and SQL transformation.
• Should Possess very good SQL experience
• Experience with admin console, designer and server manager tools BODS Server and client tools installation experience
• Working experience in loading data through IDOCs, Files, RFC and LSMW.
• Experience in performance tuning and code optimization
• Experience in BODS scripting and Batch scripting.

Responsibilities

• Plan major Jobs with assistance and direction of Maintenance team and develop critical path if required

• Create scope of work, estimate and plan craft hours and crew for each job step

• Provides a complete package for successful execution of maintenance work at minimum cost

• Physically check Job site to determine a specific job requirement

• Check surplus materials are returned to store

• Estimate accurately the cost of work orders and monthly cost reporting

• Identify materials required from manual

• Work with area/Job in charge and materials unit to maintain safety stock for critical materials

Requirement:

• Min Dip/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 -10years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
