Daily responsibilities:

1. Providing day to day support to the oil, products, carbon, power and LNG  trading desks (in particular, the LNG desk), including drafting, reviewing and negotiating, spot and term sale and purchase contracts, tenders and storage agreements, and dealing with “live” issues relating to potential and actual non-performance, force majeure events, and quantity and quality issues;
2. Providing day to day support in relation to shipping matters;
3. Working with and managing external counsel in connection with contentious and non-contentious matters; and
4. Working closely with the Credit team in connection with payment and security matters, counterparty default, credit and cargo insurance, and the Compliance team including in connection with the drafting and negotiation of sanctions and anti-corruption provisions, and regulatory matters.

The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defence and be a key stakeholder in driving the AML/KYC function within the region. The scope of work will be completed in accordance with IQ-EQ’s internal AML/CFT framework, as well as international and domestic AML/CFT regulations and guidelines, across a wide spectrum of service offerings, both internal and external. This role will cover both fund administration and corporate segments.

Tasks

• Managing the AML/KYC team in Singapore.

The role

Sitting in the Assortment Strategy & Planning team of the Commercial Department, this position will be responsible for the synthesization of market & competition, as well as our customer trends and behaviours when it comes to assortment. Main responsibilities

• Work closely with the Data team to build base reports and charts that will reflect business health that will be used across the Commercial Team
• Support the Buying and Merchandising team by providing performance insights to make refinements to their plans 
• Generate category trends and behaviours to support Planners in OTB, Range Planning and Pricing Frameworks development
• Conduct competitor benchmarking analysis and macro or industry analysis to form solutions to solve key business issues, product market fit for new markets etc

Qualifications & Experience

Supporting the Management Accountant and Finance Business Partner to ensure that insightful management information is delivered in an accurate and timely manner to meet internal deadlines.
