Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations department in day-to-day operations & workforce arrangement.
• Support the Operations department in organizing & providing daily transport to the workforce working on site.
• Accountable & responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations department in meeting the sales budget and forecast for the sales unit.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure sales collection for the sales unit assigned such as issuance of the sales invoices and delivery orders.
• Compliance and ensuing Operations department follow the organizational safety practice & procedures.
• Engage and participate in material, parts & components sourcing to support the business unit (Accident repair, Depot repair, etc.).
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Preferably Singaporeans will be preferred
• Candidates with no relevant experience is welcome to apply.
• Required to have at least Class 3 Driving License.
• Candidate must possess at least "N" / "O" - Level Qualification.
• Candidates with at least NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications will be at advantage.
• Fluency in English and Chinese Language, written and spoken, to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research into trust technologies testing – translating research algorithms, and design/develop tools and frameworks into working prototypes that can explain how research outputs can be productised into new capabilities
• Work closely with Centre’s researchers to design and develop system implementation work from research into product
• Design and build working tools that can support technology transfer of new research capabilities to practical solution capabilities that can be used to showcase the value of a given research outcome

• Attend the site meetings with main contractors, sub-contractors
• Report the work progress to project manager
• Manage subcontractors including certifying sub-contractors’ claims
