• Perform internal audits as per internal audit schedule in accordance to AS9100, and PART-21 Subpart G requirements OR AS9110C and P-145 requirements

• To keep track of the location and ETA of vessels we are expecting and updating the operations sheet accordingly
• To plan schedule and issue instructions to boarding officer for delivery of ship stores
• To coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that all ship stores have arrived on time
• To ensure that all ship stores are picked, consolidated and packed by Warehouse staff and ready for delivery by designated time
