We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team for assisting execution of ongoing programs and helping with the roll-out of new education programs.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of education programs and ensuring that the programs are completed in budget and on-schedule.

This is a dynamic role and the responsibilities will include;

- Keep a record of admission numbers and assist with any queries related to the admission process.

- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.

- Coordinate with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensure timely deliveries

- Help with the drafting is letters and documents related to programs.

- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.

- Assist the Director with other general Admin work (filing of documents, scheduling meetings, sending invitations, setting zoom meetings etc)

Ensure smooth, safe, reliable and efficient operations of bulk plants and facilities at 21 TK site. 3.2 Ensure safety at the site through compliance to safe operations and practices at all times, complying to local regulatory, LeedenNOX and TNSC requirement. 3.3 Responsible for the appropriate control of plant product inventories to ensure continued smooth operations of the plant 3.4 Lead the shift team in plant, process and equipment troubleshooting and optimisation. 3.5 Ensure Shift Personnel performs their job functions correctly and timely and to guide them when necessary 3.6 Working closely with the maintenance team and contractors, ensure both minor and major maintenance are performed properly, safely and timely. 3.7 Ensure proper records keeping of all maintenance work performed at the plant for regulatory and future references. 3.8 Ensure plant production daily report and SAP input are performed timely and correctly. 3.9 Ensure plant procedures and work instructions are available and updated. 3.10 Manage the shift manpower to ensure smooth shift manning, in compliance to regulatory requirements. 3.11 Track performance of shift personnel and provide timely feedback for improvement 3.12 Provide appropriate training based on site personnel training needs. 3.13 Ensure that any changes to plant operations and equipment are recorded properly and appropriate change management procedures are applied. 3.14 Provide support to NOXT especially in developing the capability and competency of the site personnel in plant operations and troubleshooting 3.15 Perform any other duties as assigned.
