• Complete definition and design of complex components, modules and sub systems. Required qualifications, skills and experience:

• Prior experience within the crypto industry is a strong plus but not required. However, a demonstrable interest in the sector is necessary.

Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated professional in Singapore who can help grow our APAC Alliances Ecosystem. From strategic consultancies (Big Four) to Technology Partners, to Data Partners, Quantexa’s Alliances Ecosystem is key to our global expansion.

Reporting to our Senior Director for APAC Alliances, you will work closely with the local Quantexa’s sales teams to:

Excite new partners through stakeholder engagement and proposition workshops

Enable our partners to agree clear joint proposition(s) and GTM plans

Execute our global alliances strategy with our partners to generate opportunities, collaborate-to-innovate new use cases and continue to provide the upmost value to our clients

What you’ll be doing.

As the Alliance Director you are at the forefront of expanding Quantexa’s reach into the public sector, making sure that our message, solutions, and value are amplified through our partners. You are the vital link that helps translate our vision into reality, managing relationships that fuel growth and ensuring that our partners are equipped, engaged, and excited to bring our solutions to market. Your role directly contributes to landing new government customers, driving revenue, and cementing our reputation as a partner-first organization.

Imagine starting your day with a quick check-in call with one of our key technology partners, brainstorming ways to bring innovative solutions to the public sector. By mid-morning, you're diving into a workshop with a cloud provider, aligning on a joint strategy to help land our next big government customer. After a power-packed lunch (we promise, it’s not just coffee!), you're deep into governance mode, ensuring our alliances are not just meeting but smashing expectations. The afternoon? It’s all about enabling partners, guiding them through our tech, and ensuring they’re ready to take on the world with us. You’ll wrap up the day connecting with a potential new partner – spotting the next big opportunity to grow Quantexa’s footprint in the public sector. Every day is different, but it’s always about building, enabling, and winning.

• Relationship Champion: You'll be the go-to person for our existing partners. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our alliances thriving. Your mission? Keep partners excited, informed, and aligned with our goals.
• Commercial Commander: Managing day-to-day commercial relationships, governance, and the nitty-gritty of alliance management. Your focus will be on delivering value and driving revenue – no two days are the same, and you love it that way.
• Enablement Expert: You’re the bridge between our tech and our partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and know-how to bring our joint solutions to the public sector with confidence.
• Growth Hunter: Identifying new partners who align with our mission and can help us land more government customers. You’re always on the lookout for the next big opportunity and are not afraid to chase it.

What you’ll bring.

• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the public sector, including knowledge of government operations, procurement processes, and technology adoption in government contexts.
• Experience Working with System Integrators and Consultancies: Proven track record of working with SI partners or consultancies, particularly in managing and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Alliance Management Experience: Strong experience of senior alliance management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex partner relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and navigate the challenges of a dynamic partner ecosystem.
• Strong Relationship and Communication Skills: Ability to build and nurture relationships with partners, engage stakeholders effectively, and align partner goals with Quantexa’s strategic objectives.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in managing the commercial aspects of partnerships, including governance, enablement, and driving revenue growth.
• Understanding of Cloud and Data Solutions: Knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, or AI as they relate to the public sector would be an advantage.

Preferred, but Not Essential:

• Experience in a Fast-Growing Tech Environment: Familiarity with working in a high-growth company, particularly in the technology or data space.
• Public Sector Transformation Projects: Direct experience working on large-scale government transformation projects or with public sector clients.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically about market opportunities, partner alignment, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Operations Specialist with a strong background in both large-scale tech environments and startups. The key focus of this role is to streamline and optimize our legal processes, particularly in the areas of privacy and safety law. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build legal operations from the ground up, ensuring that our legal team is equipped to handle the complexities of protecting kids and teens online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Operations Management:

• Develop and implement efficient legal operations processes to support the legal team’s work, with a focus on privacy and safety law.
• Manage and optimize workflows, ensuring the legal team can effectively handle day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.
• Establish and maintain systems for contract management, compliance tracking, and legal documentation.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the legal function, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
• Implement legal tech tools and systems to streamline operations, such as contract management systems, e-billing, and compliance tracking software.
• Train legal team members and other stakeholders on new tools and processes.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business operations.
• Serve as a liaison between the legal team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration on privacy and safety matters.

• Assist in managing the legal department’s budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with external legal vendors, including law firms and legal tech providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of experience working with legal teams in big tech companies or startups, preferably with a focus on privacy and online safety law.
• Proven experience in developing and managing legal operations processes, with a strong understanding of legal tech tools and systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Relevant law degree (JD or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy laws.
