Job Description

• Assist with the preparation of weekly flash report.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements for the assigned services. Ensure team members complete the monthly closing for their services on time.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of monthly reports to the management. These include regional P&L, commentaries, actual vs. flash variance analysis, actual vs. budget gap analysis, etc...
• Prepare schedules for balance sheet accounts related to cost provisions, unearned/ unbilled revenue, cost recoveries, stock and prepayments. Ensure appropriate actions are taken, and in a timely manner.

• Drive preparation of regional forecasts (quarterly) and budget (annually). • Being an effective business partner to the regional director and managers.
