Job Description & Requirements

Restaurant Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, preparation and serving food / beverages. To ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and to manage the business to cost efficiently.

Responsibilites

1. Manage day to day operation.

2. Ensure that the brand values and standards are delivered and profitability achieved.

3. Assist to oversee all the issues pertaining to the guests dining experience, such as quality control.

4. Staff management.

Salary: up to $4000

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Gul (company bus from Boon Lay, Jurong east, CCK, Outram, Bedok MRT)

Job Description:

Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.

Close follow up with business units on fixed / ad-hoc billing; generating monthly report and posting of invoices.

Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.

Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.

Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.

Prepare the shipping document for Singapore and export shipment.

Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.

Ensure hazardous substance license from customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.

Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant order fulfillment experience

The Duty Manager manages the daily operations of the front office to ensure the efficient functioning of the team in accordance with the department's operating procedures and service standards.
