The Job

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Project finance management: project cost estimates, invoice processing, monthly bookkeeping (accrual and reclassification), monthly financial stewardship reporting and project financial closeout (write-off and write-on of assets)
• Review fee proposal and ensure it is according to the vendor's service agreement (if applicable)
• Seek client's DOAG approval, submit to procurement for PO creation meeting minutes documentation
• Any other duties as assigned by Chef Accountant

Job Scope:

• Support the shift operation in all activities, ensuring that it is meets all environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Support the STS in ensuring that all operation and maintenance activities are in compliance to the safety procedures for Lock out/Tag out, energy control procedures, line breaking activities, confine space entry, work at height, hot and cold work permitting.
• Ensure that the shop floor is in a constant state of safety and quality regulatory compliance and inspection ready
• Perform all production, pre MI and post MI activities to ensure manufacturing attainment is achieved, assist the STS in the deployment of resources based on criticality and priority.
• Assign operation task according to Manufacturing Standard Work (MSW) and Operation Standard Work (OSW)
• Participate in all troubleshooting activities in processing issues, deviations and coordinating with other functions when require immediate and preventive actions.
• Participate in all investigation, report and troubleshoot findings on both EHS and quality related issues observed during manufacturing or during batch record review.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, contribute ideas and perform Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) cycle
• Support the STS in the development of risk assessment, creation of job safety assessment and participate in HAZOP when required.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures as part of change control and perform periodic review.
• Assist in all commissioning, qualification and validation activities as necessary.
• Participate as a member of the emergency response team (ERT) when necessary.

Your role:

• Conduct and support FIX certification and UAT testing to external clients;

Your team:

• You’ll be part of the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services team under IB Operations, your working place is UBS Singapore.
• The Client Connectivity specialist provides "one-stop" service to IB FRC eTrading clients, which includes managing the onboarding and off-boarding projects on UBS FRC ecommerce trading platforms; conducting clients UAT activities, supporting clients trading and STP on/with UBS ecommerce trading platforms .
• The team has good knowledge of UBS FRC ecommerce systems and business flows, well understood FIX protocols, familiar with network connections and STP components.
• The team has deep working relationship with FRC eSales teams and eTrading teams, IT support & development teams, and other client services teams in the firm. The team has to communicate with external clients and connectivity partners directly.

Your expertise:

• Proven experience in client service (ideally in e-banking) (3+ years)
• Knowledge of a broad range of asset classes, preferably FX Cash, FX Derivatives, Rates and Credit
• Good knowledge and working experience for FIX protocols
• Basic knowledge and working experience for network connectivity technology (2 ~ 3 years)
• 2 ~ 3 years FRC front end application support experience
• Capability of analyzing and problem solving
