Job Role & Responsibilities

• The responsibility to support and gradually undertake the entire on-boarding process for new employees is a fundamental part of this role. In addition, the role requires hands in involvement to meeting, interviewing and inducting new employees to better achieve a successful long term fit in the company.
• The responsibility to accurately and efficiently manage and maintain overall employee database records in information systems is expected. Also the incumbent will help produce up to date HR metrics and key indicators to support management decision making and direction.

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRM / HRD / Business Administration from a recognised institution.
• The candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills with an acute ability to prioritize and execute important assignments and projects.
• The candidate must be a self-driven individual, fiercely independent and objective to assignments whilst able to work well in a team setting to meet collective departmental goals and targets.
• Proficiency in office software literacy ie MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Together with the Pedagogy team , provide leadership to teachers in quality early childhood curriculum design, development and implementation of teaching;
• Coach and support teachers to monitor, assess, document and maintain evaluation and assessment of children’s learning and development;
• Develop strategies to market and maintain the school’s student enrolment to maximise the school capacity;
• Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations;
• Select, coach and mentor teachers to maximise their professional relationship with parents, harmonious working relations with colleagues and teaching performance for the growth of students under their care;
• Maintain students’ records and teacher to student ratio as required by the Ministry and where necessary stand in as class teacher to maintain such ratio;
• Maintain the school physical condition and maximise the facilities to provide learning environment of students;
• Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community;
• Organise school events to support cultural, festive events, racial harmony and green environment

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent;
• At least 5 years working experience in a pre-school with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• High EQ, matured, exemplary leadership and management skills are essential;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Title: End-User Computing Team Lead

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

· Oversee and guarantee that the BAU - EUC Teams satisfy the minimal expectations for support.

· Work closely and guide the EUC Team on their job scope and knowledge transfer

· Oversee the team’s movement plan, duty roster and leave forecast

Incident Management:

· Handle every issue within the SLA and record every incident (via phone or email) in the Incident Management System.

· Complete all required escalation from L1 to L2, as well as to the hardware vendor, third party, and supervisor.

Asset Management:

· Ensure every new IT equipment and PCs are functioning else rectification to be done.

· Verify that all items are accurately listed in the asset database, labelled, and have the required paperwork properly signed and attached.

Desktop Software/ Patch Management:

· Report the daily/ weekly/ monthly progress to the supervisor.

· Assist in the testing and rollout of the software/ patches to all PCs.

Job Request:

· Provide solution and recommendation to the user within SLA.

· Deliver immediate update to the status of the request assigned

· Manage VIP/Executive Support

· Provide support after office hour and standby
