Project & Account Management

· Support the Transcreation Manager by allocating and monitoring projects to a network of linguists across markets and time zones.

· Manage projects using both a CAT tool and the client’s Project Management Tool.

Job Description

The management assistant is responsible to proactively support the General Manager of dship Singapore.

In the capacity of management assistant, the employee will be responsible for:

· To assist the General Manager to grow the business in the South-East Asian market

· Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements

· Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed

· Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records

· Manage administrative tasks in and for the dship office Singapore

· Assist with rate enquiries and filter most important ones in review of vessels positions

· Assist with research of available cargoes and to help managing the inflow of enquiries

· Assist with data entry in IMOS voyage calculation system

· Assist with tender pricing management

· Assist in maintaining an internal CRM database

· Assist with any other areas relating to the day-to-day business assigned by the management

· Assure correctness in all areas

· Ensuring that corporate guidelines are being adhered to

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Immigration Financial Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to help navigate the financial requirements of immigrating to Singapore, and provide expert advice on financial planning, investment strategies, tax planning and risk management.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess diploma or A levels and above.
• No work experience is required. On-job training is provided.

Looking for a DevOps Engineer to do system integration and be able to use different software extensively within the Public Security Business Unit / SDI (System Development & Integration).

ROLE:

• Define test strategy, test plan and tests scenarios, while ensuring requirement traceability and complete coverage.
• Define the integration platform & installation of the system on: Windows PC (Windows, Windows Server 2016), Linux Servers, Specific devices such as biometric sensors, Databases on Oracle 12C, Complex software modules, Network and security components (e.g. Firewall and Routers).
• Perform the system integration test, system validation test, load and performance test, and high availability test.
• Investigate the issues by analyzing logs during test execution, report incidents through configuration management tool and monitor them until closure.
• Produce documents related to installation, testing or operational and administration.
• Provide training to customer and handover the system to the maintenance support team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Minimum 4-5 years of related system integration experience.
• Expertise in SOAP UI.
• Strong in Scripting (Perl, Bash, Powershell, Python etc.) and Database (Oracle or SQL server).
• Strong in network domains (TCP/IP, HTTP) and security (TLS, WSS, PKI).
• Good knowledge of different OS like Windows, Windows server and Linux (RedHat).
• Hands-on skills in Linux scripting and window administration (Active Directory, GPO).
• Experience with Ansible/YAML and configuration management tool (SVN, JIRA) - good to have
