Relocating to Malaysia - KL,
You will be the lead for our client setting up branches in Asia, Europe and other major countries which cooperates with hotels to directly provide the best quality and hottest selling hotels and tourism resources to more than 15,000 travel agencies, airlines, TMC, banks and cooperative customers etc.
Our client solutions is to connect multiple international hotel groups and B2B platforms through technology to provide customers with diversified and cost-effective hotel products.
You will be in charge of more than one country including Malaysia, Vietnam, Middle East and Africa if you have similar experience managing the region.
Our client strategies is to grow the business footprint within Asia region through new hotels acquisition and retention/growth of existing accounts, leading deal negotiations with key hotels and exceeding revenue goals.
Lead, inspire, coach and develop teams to hit the country or region’s commercial KPIs;
Analyze the country/region’s market, create strategic plans, and align priorities with the management team;
Analyze and feedback on the availability and quality of data, which lead to recommendations for commercial improvements;
Develop and own relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners and other local or regional partners;
Attend and participate in relevant industry or company’ s events. Job
Requirement:
More than 5years of team management with the international exposure
Strong sales skill and negotiation skill, and learning ability;
Proven experince within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels) is preferred;
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data;
