The Banking Specialist provides operational support to Sales & Trading teams on the processing, settlement and confirmation of OTC Derivatives transactions within agreed ASAPs and Client policies and procedures. The Asset classes include Equities, Interest Rates, Credit, Commodities and FX.

Your key tasks

• Timely and accurate validation and processing of OTC Equity and FX derivative products (Accumulators, Decumulators, Swaps, Dual Currency Investment, Structured Investment, FX related products).
• Matching trade details on dealing blotter, counterparty term-sheet / advice and verification of trades in trade capture system. 
• Following-up with relevant parties to resolve any trade exceptions / discrepancies.

Reporting to our CFO, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function, including cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and banking relationships. • Supports Digital Marketing Manager in executing the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Ensures efficient execution of assigned digital marketing campaigns and projects in a timely manner.

Maintenance Of Websites And Microsites

• Creates and maintains content for hotel main website and standalone websites for selected Food and Beverage outlets, Arcade and Spa.

Supports Social Media Awareness

• Supports content creation of social media pages for Hotel, Food and Beverage, Arcade and Spa for use in digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat and Twitter. 
• Supports Digital Marketing Manager in executing an effective social media influencer programme in a timely manner.

Manages Hotel’s Online Reputation

•  Supports Digital Marketing Manager on online reputation management through coordinating responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee the talent acquisition strategy and initiatives cross our global organization. Reporting directly the Head of Human Resources and leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists you will play a crucial role in shaping Avaloq’s workforce by attracting, engaging and retaining key talents.

Your key tasks

• Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives, growth plans and location strategy.
• Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a small high-performing talent acquisition team across different regions, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Develop an Employer Branding strategy and drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Global Recruitment Operations: Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, exploring avenues for automation, digitization, and streamlining. Enhance our model of hiring manager self-managed recruitment process and establish clear service levels for Talent Acquisition, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to boost efficiency, efficacy, and minimize time-to-hire.
• Business Partnership and Collaboration: Increase business partnership of the Talent Acquisition team by positioning TA as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent-related matters. Providing insights, market intelligence, and best practices to help inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, and identify areas for improvement.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition’s remit, ensuring diverse candidate slates and promoting an inclusive hiring culture.
• Vendor Management: Develop a strategy on external recruitment vendors, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, technology vendors, and other partners to support recruitment efforts globally.
• Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across all regions and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
• Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback from business partners on their recruitment experience and use this feedback to continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes and services.
