• Tax will be in charge of all categories of tax matters, including but not limited to tax compliance and planning projects.

Primary Responsibilities Of This Position Include

• Handling overall tax matters and tax related accounting matters to ensure the tax compliance of the company and reduce potential tax risk;

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree majoring in accounting, taxation or economics and 4 years working experience at least;

• Good communication skills;
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is required, to communicate with internal stakeholders.

The role of a Cafe Operation Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a cafe, manage staff, order supplies, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and track finances. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the cafe and providing excellent service to customers.

Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients through various means, including door-to-door visits, to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and close sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door sales to introduce our app to potential clients.

- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.

- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, particularly door-to-door sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Outgoing personality and a natural flair for engaging with people.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

SALARY:

From SGD1850.00 - SGD2000.00 Starting Salary + Sales Incentive

Job Scope :

* Taking orders from guests.

* Serving food & drinks.

* Clean tables & refill drinks.

* Cashiering.

* Provide good customer service.

Job Requirement :

. Working hours Sun To Wed 3.00pm to 12.00am, Thurs to Sat 3.00pm to 1.00am.

. 1 Rest Day per week between Sun to Wed.

. 6 days work week.

. Meal and uniform provided.

. Required to work during weekends and public holidays.
