We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of the team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our Resort meets the exceptional standards of cleanliness which is expected of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee and where necessary, undertake the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Such tasks include but are not limited to sanitizing, dusting, cleaning and other related duties.
• Safety and Compliance: As part of the role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines. This includes internal Resort policies as well as any statutory regulations.
• Supply and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage our inventory of cleaning supplies. You will need to work with the team to ensure that supplies are adequate and to minimize wastage.
• Team Supervision: Supervise, guide and mentor a team housekeeping staff.

Job Requirements

• Professional certification in Hospitality / Hotel Management or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

The Role

• Foster knowledge of the fundamentals, supply chain, end-uses and key participants for specific markets connected to the Asia agriculture markets, particularly China

• Write market commentaries, news and insight with support from senior colleagues
• Support colleagues on their patches to build up a wider knowledge base
• Help manage and expand the number of industry contacts that submit pricing data.

Principal accountabilities

• Learn how to cover commodity market fundamentals (i.e. supply chain, end-uses, key participants).
• Start collecting pricing data and learn to set prices in line with the company’s robust methodology, price specifications and IOSCO principles.
• Learn to write market commentaries, breaking news and insightful copy with PRA angles, to support the growth in readership and the use of Fastmarkets’ prices in physical and financial contracts.
• Back colleagues up on their agriculture pricing patches to provide cover and consistency for the market and build up a wider knowledge base.
• Manage and expand the number of industry contacts that submit pricing data and give news exclusives, using all means of communication including face-to-face meetings, conference attendance and networking.

As the Ecosystems Solution Architect Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Solution Architects focused on driving business growth through strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). - Risk Management

- Stakeholder Communication

The Director of IT is responsible for the supervision and handling of day-to-day IT operations. The Director of IT ensures that timely IT support is rendered to all departments, especially in areas with guest contacts. He/she will be responsible for the administration of the inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.

Primary Responsibilities

Hotel IT Operations and Infrastructure; Including but not limited to

• Oversee hotel IT Services team from managerial aspects and provide guidance to ensure all technology based questions can be answered promptly.
• Evaluate, recommend, plan and implement IT related projects for the Hotel.
• Lead the overall IT Department and Business units in all aspects.
• Oversee all guest-facing technologies in the hotel and ensure reliable product performance, innovative service offerings, and deliver personalized and efficient support for the same.
