• Supports Regional Director Asia Pacific, Sales Flexible Accessories on sales & marketing related topics
• Report on and analyze sales and customer data to identify account and market opportunities through market studies (desk research & interviews) and market entry strategies of related abrasives products, in particular for China, ASEAN and Japan
• Prepare monthly management data for internal reporting and business reviews with Global Headquarters
• Support in preparation of presentations for senior management level meetings
• Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks

• Responsible for the direction and delivery of project planning outcomes within schedule, cost, quality and safety for a mega projects
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a project master plan and schedule to meet the project objectives
• Ensure adherence to best practice project management principles and managing the project delivery services
• Managing the overall project controls, planning & scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management for the project
• Monitoring of project scope and deliverables including application of change management processes
• Managing the development, monitoring and controlling of the project schedule.
• Formulating and controlling of the project budget

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for performing HR-related duties at a professional level and will work closely with the Head of Human Resources. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy proposals, benefits, employee relations, and employee law compliance.

As a Senior HR Executive, you support our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. In this regard, you assume responsibility and accountability for supporting and coaching any staff under your care.

Your responsibilities as Senior HR Executive are:

• Assist and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist with recruitment processes.
• Manage the company's benefit program, including insurance coverage.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions.
• Compile and process employee documentation, keeping the database up to date.
• Assist with the formulation and communication of policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Assist with the management of the performance appraisal system.
• Maintain the Job/Training Matrix while managing the training needs of the employees.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as Senior HR Executive if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field, with additional certificates in the Human Resource field being advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Act and Singapore Work Pass rules/processes, with an interest in keeping updated with changes to Singapore Labor Laws.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, confident and assertive, able to work independently with good decision-making skills and a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Help us take Wise to the next level as we scale to impact 100's of millions more customers. You'll hide away all complexities under the hood of our product and build seamless experiences for our customers.
• Facilitate customer money movement by implementing direct integrations with central bank payment schemes across APAC.
• Develop innovative and scalable systems to enable complex product integrations with banking schemes and partners.
• Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, including banking, compliance, sanctions, and operations, to swiftly launch best-in-class products.
• Design and build systems that operate and scale to meet strict SLAs.
• Drive product improvement that impacts the Wise customer experience or empowers internal stakeholders (teams like Operations, Customer Support, Finance, etc.) to do their job effectively.
• Proactively identify and tackle technical debt becoming too big through planning work and aligning the team. Does this with careful evaluation of additional cost on development.
