Planning & Leadership

- Train up, influence and improve finance team, prioritize the tasks and direct the assignment

- Put in place of system and internal control procedures, evaluate the organization structure and reporting lines

- Regular discussion with CEO to evolve strategies, advise and align on long-term business and financial planning in line with corporation vision;

- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business and risk management;

- Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders;

- Review all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.

Qualification of Chief Finance Officer

- An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable;

- At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and proven leadership and management experience is essential – with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace;

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.

- Able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.

- Strong business and leadership acumen.

- Able to make decisions and proactive.

- Team player.

Requirement:

-Diploma and above

-Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position

-Able to comminicate and writing in English and Mandarin (Outstanding communication and public speaking skills)

-Problem Solving; Multitasking

-Able to travelling

-Able to answer call & message after work

-6days/week (9am to 6pm)

-Working at Woodlands Avenue 12

-Salary range: $3000 to $3800 (depend on experience)

Job Description:

-Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations

-Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives

-Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

• Responsible for full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing
• Liaise with customer on any AR invoice discrepancies and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Assist in preparation of Quarterly GST submission
• Maintain fixed assets listing
• Cash flow forecast
• Assist in generating reports for management use
• Perform quarterly stock reconciliation
• Work closely with Sales Team on the vouchers campaign for customers
• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed
• Other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
• PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Independent and Meticulous
• Able to multi-task
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work at Kranji area
• Alternate saturday work week
