As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing our online presence through the creation and management of e-shops and the development of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Singaporean market and a keen insight into various social media platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Singaporean market.
• Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, etc ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Marketing Collateral Production:

• Design and create engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Localize the marketing materials and tones of language to fit the Singaporean audience.

Community Building:

• Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Implement strategies to grow the online community and enhance brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and e-shop activities.
• Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.

E-Shop Development:

• Create and manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate necessary functionalities and features to enhance the e-shop's performance.
• Implement and optimize e-commerce strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms and social media accounts.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the Singaporean market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the social media landscape and e-commerce trends.

• Managing all physical and electronic vaulting activity.
• Manage tape destruction process, ensuring all proper documentation has been recorded and approved.
• Monitoring scratch levels on display screens, on-line library web specialist or visually monitoring panel on libraries.
• Replacing any/all damaged media.

Capacity Analyst / Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand capacity and demand needs
2. Review and reclaim unused Storage/Cloud capacity
3. Secure funding approval for capacity expansion if required
4. Establish and maintain effective communication with all related key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of capacity expansion / annual capacity plan

1. Good understanding of server and storage technologies
2. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
4. Project management experience in working with medium to large-scale implementations
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities
6. Ability to analyze data and produce trends to support capacity planning activities
