A leading Cryptocurrency firm is seeking a Head of Finance to join the team.

This is a role with an established crypto brand with an overseas HQ. The Head of Finance will be based here in Singapore, driving financial planning of the firm, supervising all finance and accounting headcounts and managing financial internal control operations. There is also a commercial aspect to the role where you will be involved in corporate funding strategies and represent the business from a finance perspective.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years relevant finance experience within the digital assets space. Accounting certifications would be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite as you will be required to work closely with key stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities:

• To support & execute the annual Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned portfolio of products, based on segmentation principles, pricing strategy and other marketing concepts where applicable.
• To create and execute the marketing plans to drive growth of sales, market share and profits that is in line with the annual sales targets.
• To conduct consumer insight researches to support the brand development strategies.

Job Scope:

1. Programme Coordination: Coordinate events and engagements that facilitate meaningful interactions and dialogue between volunteers and participants.

2. Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local organisations, schools, and other stakeholders, recognising them as key collaborators in the development and execution of the community programmes.

3. Operations Management: Work with appointed Event Management Company to manage the complex scheduling requirements for the programme – ensuring the successful assignment of suitable volunteers to event timeslots. To also manage all logistical matters to ensure programme effectiveness.

4. Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of the programme, gather feedback from stakeholders, and prepare reports to assess the impact and success of the initiative. When required, to be on-site at the programme venue to evaluate performance of facilitators and volunteers, and implement suitable interventions should programme quality fall short.

5. Budget Management: Monitor and track budget utilisation of assigned programmes and prepare reports for proper accountability of funds and resources.

• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
