Job Description

• Receive cargo from incoming shipment
• Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received, knowing when to either refuse or accept with notation
• Segregate cargo received by account or intended location and store in proper location
• Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, putting away stocks
• Record receipts on book with proper documentation

We are looking for a Techno Functional consultant with a strong SAP ABAP base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP CRM implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP CRM systems, including WEB UI configurations, middleware integration, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform high-level solution designs, and provide technical support.
• Develop and customize CRM components, including transaction launchers, navigation bar profiles, and business roles.
• Enhance existing SAP CRM functionalities by implementing custom modules, BADI enhancements, and AET customizations.
• Perform system upgrades, SPAU/SPDD adjustments, and data migration activities.
• Conduct problem management and provide permanent solutions for recurring technical issues.
• Document functional specifications, create test cases, and perform comprehensive system testing.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical expertise during critical project phases.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 10+ years in SAP CRM consulting, with extensive experience in implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP CRM WEB UI architecture, OOABAP, and middleware.
• Proven track record of working in client-facing roles and managing on-site engagements.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM technical areas: AET, BADI enhancements, BRF+ rules, and cross-component navigation.
• Functional expertise in CRM business processes like transaction types, partner determination, and status profiles.
• Hands-on experience with middleware integration, IDoc configurations, and interface developments.

Certifications

• SAP-certified professionals preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
