Job description

• Provide remote/onsite technical support and services for related software.
• Apply Problem Determination/Problem Source Identification (PD/PSI) techniques in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems for clients/services teams.
• Collaborating with other worldwide support/development teams and organizations to ensure a timely, accurate and seamless solution.
• Assist on pre-sales related activities such as requirement gathering, preparation of SOW and creation of new offerings. The candidate will be required to implement and maintain the solution built.

Required technical skills:

• Experience in troubleshooting z/OS and related software
• Experience in providing routine z/OS system maintenance related tasks
• Experience to solution and implement z/OS related infrastructure:

- SMP/E

· RACF

· DFSMS

· z/OS version upgrade

· z/OS and storage related migration to new hardware

Additional/Optional technical skills:

- Parallel Sysplex

- MQ on z/OS

- DB2 on z/OS

- CICS

- Omegamon

- Storage related skills – DS8k, IBM VE, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in z/OS and related Software.
• Open for 24x7 Support model.
• Fluent in English, both written and communication.
• Possesses effective communication skills, with the ability to work as a team both in person and remotely and to build up relationships across various teams worldwide.
• Able to solve problems independently.
• Customer oriented.
• Technical writing skills.

Location: Science Park

Salary: Up to $3200

Working hours: 8am – 5pm

Working days: 5 days' workweek from Mondays to Saturdays with day off on Fridays

Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound and outbound shipments
• Responding to emails
• Any other activities to support customer with courier shipments

Requirements

• Min. Diploma level
• Basic understanding of logistics
• Able to lift heavy weights of up to 10kg for frozen shipments (up to 50% of the time)
• Adaptive to changes + team player
• Able to work on Saturday and rest on a weekday (8am to 5pm as working hours)

任职要求

1. 教育背景：

Job Scope:

• Overall management and growth of sales operations for non-refrigerated and refrigerated products in General Trade and for non-refrigerated products in Modern Trade channels.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new channels and grow existing markets, covering provision outlets, minimarts, schools, institutions, and supermarket chains.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve distribution, merchandising, and outlet penetration objectives.
• Ensure achievement of sales objectives and improve profit margins.
