Managing the site activities of construction projects

1. Manage all project site related activities ( i.e. including preliminaries, structural, M&E, plumbing & Architecture related matters )

Administer Workplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

1. Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project

1. Ensure proper handover of construction documents to the Clients

2. Ensure the Sub contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company

3. Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with "0" defect

Your responsibility involves:

• Service Management: Monitor and manage IT service delivery, ensuring services meet established KPIs and SLAs.
• Incident Resolution: Act as the primary contact for incidents and service requests, coordinating responses and resolutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assisting the project manager to lead project implementation which includes ensuring project adheres to schedule, timeline and risk management
• Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.

Skills and experience required

OBJECTIVES (GOALS)

A Master Scheduler plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating complex schedules and ensuring efficient operations within an organization. You will responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES

· Develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all projects or operations, considering dependencies, constraints, and resource availability.

· Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and milestones.

· Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.

· Regularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.

· Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to address delays or other issues.

· Conduct regular meetings and discussions with project teams to review and analyze project status, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.

· Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.

· Continuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaborate with procurement and resource management teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation.

· Accountable for Inventory control with periodic cycle count to ensure accuracy of stock level.
