Maintaining and administration of high availability of Cisco network and Windows servers in the organisation. 2. Ensure network and server systems availability and performances comply with Service Level Agreement. 3. Perform Linux, WINTEL and VMware system administration such as system upgrade, health-check, security patch, troubleshooting, capacity planning, backup & restoration and system performance monitoring. 4. Administer and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, SAN, IDS/IPS, VPN and address security issues. 5. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for helpdesk support. 6. Responsible for asset and license management. 7. Work closely with the application team to provide infrastructure support. 8. Review\Create effective policies\procedures to support data centre operations. 9. Assume role of Security Administration with accordance to the Network Security governance. 10. Support internal and external auditors to ensure compliance to audit frameworks, guidelines and SLA. 11. Involve in Disaster recovery (DR) exercise and follow up with DR procedure updates. 12. Undertake infrastructure projects assigned as required by the business.

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, Linux, SAN storage, Firewall and VPN. 3. Experience with Windows Active Directory, VMware ESX / vSphere / vCentre, internet proxies, Anti-virus and security principles. 4. Practical knowledge in network\server systems troubleshooting and Incident reporting. 5. Knowledge of applicable IT security, confidentiality and data privacy practices. 6. Experience in setting policies, procedures, network software and hardware standards and documentation standards. 7. CCNA\CCNP\MCSE or equivalent certification will be advantageous. 8. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people. 9. Possess good project management qualities and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines 10. Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills with great initiatives and self-motivation. 11. Good command of written and oral English.

Job duties:

• Dealing with submission of tender quotations and ensure timeline are met for every tender
• Sourcing of quotation for rates and technical data during tender stages
• Negotiating price with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conducting progress claims and payments, sub-contractors’ payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts
• Coordinating with all related stakeholders and dealing with Quantity take-off, manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender
• ITE/Diploma in any engineering related field
• Quantity surveyor experience in construction industry
