Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

• Handle full sets of accounting
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Maintain timely accuracy of monthly accounting entries
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, issue payments, process reimbursements, cheques, and etc
• Verify daily cash/collections, sales reconciliations, and raise invoices/sales journals

Requirement:

• Senior / Junior level with strong accounting and administrative experience

• Strong knowledge in F&B payment gateway & delivery platform administration work is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in procurement and contract management.
• Review contract documents and provide cost estimates for tenders.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow, adjusting budget projections for design/construction changes and variations.
• Oversee main contract progress claims and subcontract payments, including variation claims.
• Resolve contract disputes and assess entitlements for extensions of time and loss/expense claims.
• Independently manage large-scale projects.
