Main Purpose of the Job

To provide the full suite of MEP cost and commercial management project services typically expected of our Commercial, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Advanced Manufacturing/R&D and hospitality clients.

Full MEP cost & commercial management services from project inception to completion, including but not limited to, budget establishment, cost estimation, cost reporting, consultant and contractor procurement, valuations, contract administration, change control and administration and final account closure. Mandatory requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years’ total QS/cost consultancy working experience in Singapore

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Lead Resident Technical Officer represents clients on construction sites. He/She must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects and ensures that construction projects follow contracts and regulations. He/She shall be working under the control and direction of the appointed Qualified Person(s) when carried out his/her duties for the assigned project. He/She works indoors at project site’s office, and may also work outdoors at the project construction sites when required.
