The role:
1. Administer employee welfare including marriage, new born, hospitalization, condolences and employee benefits including flexible benefits, vacation subsidy and corporate memberships
2. Handle enquiries on employee welfare and benefits
3. Manage employee insurances including medical, work injury, group term life and group personal accident and assist in annual insurance renewal exercise
4. Liaise with the authorities such as Ministry of Manpower whenever necessary, eg. WICA
5. Plan and organise programmes/activities to promote work-life balance
6. Assist in implementation of staff communication channels and engagement programmes including designing publicity materials
7. Conduct the annual declaration exercise
8. Handle any other tasks/projects as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM/Business Studies
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Independent and resourceful
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
