Reporting to the Head of the Cybersecurity team, this role will focus on the rollout of cybersecurity programs and providing technical consultation and guidance to our business units in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Rollout of cybersecurity programs to our business units in Asia
• Provide technical consultation, direction, and solutions relating to the security of business operations, in areas such as new systems development, new package evaluations, and enhancement of existing systems
• Establish and maintain monitoring systems to identify and address security gaps, and design effective solutions
• Communicate on security issues and advisories, and propose controls required to protect our data assets
• Conduct security reviews, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, forensic and other security risk assessments
• Formulate cybersecurity response plans to enable our response to incidents and escalations
• Educate on cybersecurity issues

Requirements

• Minimally a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and/or any other related field
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• At least seven years of experience in cybersecurity and audit for large corporations and/or financial institutions within Asia
• Experience in cybersecurity risk assessments, and designing controls and countermeasures for reducing cyber risks
• Working knowledge of threat actor tactics, techniques and procedures
• Operational work experience in cyber incident response, malware investigation, threat hunting, security testing, and assessments
• Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity framework, MITRE and Center for Internet Security (CIS) control measures
• Knowledge in using security tools for investigation, testing and assessment
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity concepts, operating systems, network, database, cryptography, programming and scripting languages
• Knowledge of technology trends, and security implications and directions
• Ability to understand how a business functions and to balance security needs
• Problem solver with excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to manage the cybersecurity team and collaborate with other stakeholders
• Self-motivated to continuously learn and develop in cybersecurity topics

Job Description

a) General

1. Maintain and update Crewing Calendar factoring projects and in-house needs and crew leave.
2. Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew on a monthly basis.
3. Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers with positions, grades, job scale, and performance, rate of professional fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills and technical competencies.
4. Any other ad-hoc crewing responsibilities.

b) Project-Related

1. Obtain relevant project information from Sales Department for crewing needs including details such as location of project, crew positions, duration of project, crew rate, and any other additional requirements.
2. Consult project technical manager to identify the crew requirement and skill sets required for each project.
3. Roster project with in-house and freelance crew.
4. For freelancers - Negotiate fees, manage contracts and other documents, and outline expectations and company policies.
5. Arrange and/or coordinate crew logistics including preparation of per diems, visa application, flight, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
6. Plan for crew contingencies for unexpected situations that may jeopardize projects.
7. Supper project crew by playing an active role in all communications related to crew (logistics and crew welfare).
8. Provide replacement crew if a crew member becomes unavailable due to sickness, flight cancellations, etc.
9. Assist in all project closeout activities including evaluation of project performance (from crew perspective), archival of projects, and preparation of close out reports.
10. Incorporate crew performance evaluation reports into crew database.
11. Tabulate and analyse project crew financials (freelancer fees, logistics, Per Diems, etc.) report to Crewing Manager cost over-runs or irregularities.
12. Verify invoices received from freelancers for billing.
13. Assist in reimbursements for projects for in-house crew members.

Requirements

• A qualification in business/economy/finance/HR or any other related area.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working experience in related field.

• Excellent client management and relationship skills

• Excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal and project management skills

• Ability to contribute and multi-task in a high performance and fast-paced environment

• High attention to details

• Negotiation skill
