Key Responsibilities:

Offer high-level administrative assistance to the Managing Director, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangement and handles correspondence.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients.

Coordinate and plan meetings, with emphasis on setting agendas, preparing materials, and recording minutes

System/Network Administration

Oversee and upkeep the maintenance of Windows server, Microsoft AD, Outlook 365.

Administration and configuration of servers and network infrastructure comprising switches, routers, firewalls, and other components.

Establish/Setup network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency; defining network policies, firewall rules, and procedures.

Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
