Qualifications

What you should have:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related major, with at least 3 years of relevant experience;

- Familiar with C++/Golang/Java/Python program development (at least one), pursue high-quality code and focus on code engineering quality;

- Familiar with Linux system, with high proficiency in multi-threading, network programming, and distributed development in any programming language;

- Strong understanding of storage system principles, proficient in key technologies of distributed storage and computing, and possess practical experience with them;

The Technical Infrastructure NoSQL team, situated in Singapore, serves TikTok and its associated mid-platforms and business divisions. This team operates on an immense scale, overseeing tens of thousands of servers and managing data volumes surpassing the petabyte mark. The team has engineered its own distributed key-value (KV) and caching systems, as well as globally distributed table storage solutions and large-scale graph databases. Employing state-of-the-art hardware and software stack technologies, they are committed to the ongoing development of the next generation of products.

1. Design and develop an in-house distributed training and inference system for Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) on extensive graph datasets;

2. Implement the use of Graph Embedding and GNNs in practical, real-world applications, which may include risk management, among others;

The Technical Infrastructure NoSQL team, situated in Singapore, serves TikTok and its associated mid-platforms and business divisions. What you should have:

• Monitor the progress of the product from design to launch, and manage the project schedule, manpower resources and budget to ensure that project requirements, milestones and deliverables are met
• Create high-level test cases and detailed scripts within those test cases to allow effective systems testing
• Write detailed product requirements documents and user story
• Perform system verification and sign off
• Conduct market analysis and identify potential business opportunities based on industry and competitive trends
• Assist changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimise product performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of Product Management/Business Analyst experience
• Highly collaborative and thrives in hands-on environment
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
