Our reputable client in Singapore is looking for Functional/System Analyst to join their team in Singapore.

• Gather, analyse user business process and requirements; verify & validate the

requirements and ensure the requirements are document into functional and nonfunctional specification.

• Work with cross functional teams to analyse and define the integration requirements between modules and interfaces with other systems.

• Perform requirement traceability, identify out of scope requirements and escalate scope creep; review, identify and resolve conflicting, incomplete and inaccurate requirements.

• Deeply review and evaluate IA (Impact Analysis), functional, technical design and specification prepared by vendors from business and technical point of view.

• Review, verify & validate fixes are tested correctly before rolling out to production.

• Track and resolve all reported defects to closure, analyse and identify root cause and ensure fixes are done and tested before implementation

• Provide post implementation support including production support, user query and change request.

• Liaise with internal team and vendor to investigate reported issues/problem, identify root cause/impact, implement workaround and fixes to resolve issue.

Requirements:

· At least 5- 6 years of experience . Experience in Cash management and Payment domain (e.g. RTGS, G3 FAST, SWIFT

standards or ISO 20022, etc.)

· Proficient in gathering and analysing Business Requirement, Technical & Functional Specification Design documentation, test case design.

· Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle

· Knowledge in J2EE, Oracle, SQL, Unix/Linux, Web application development, IBM MQ is preferred.

· Strong and patient analytical and problem solving skills

· Good inter-personnel and communication skills across a wide range of people

· Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a good teamplayer

About the Role:

Confluent Systems Engineers drive the technical evaluation stage of the overall sales process, making them critical drivers of customer success as real time data streams become more and more important in the modern enterprise. In this role you will be the key technical advisor to the sales team, work very closely with the product management and engineering teams, and serve as a vital product advocate in front of prospects, customers, and the wider Kafka, real-time streaming and big data communities.

You will be a key technical advisor to Confluent customers as they undertake technical design and development of their end-to-end solution, be conversant with the current state and future roadmap of Kafka in open source, and be able to identify known issues and inform them of upcoming fixes or workarounds. You’ll also be responsible for clear articulation of Confluent’s technical and product positioning to a wide variety of business and technical stakeholders, and for forging strong relationships to become a trusted advisor for them throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

What You Will Do:

• Experience with technical sales of distributed systems, platform software like databases, message queues, SaaS, or Big Data products
