The Role:

The Software Development Manager focuses on operational and/or tactical responsibilities by providing management to a group of professionals. He implements software and platform development strategy and provides advice on security requirements. He translates user requirements into technical specifications and manages the preparation of design specifications. Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Lead the development of comprehensive proposals for water treatment projects, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, technical specifications, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experiences within the water treatment or environmental engineering industry.
• Proven experience in process design and proposal management within the water treatment industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various water treatment technologies and process engineering principles preferably for oil & gas industry.

Job Description

• Maintain full sets of accounts with proper records and supporting schedules on a monthly basis.

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in the month end closing process, including reviewing of month end posting journal, review of expense allocation and maintaining month end schedules.

• Coordinate and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation and clean-up of long-term open items.

• Compile monthly management accounts and perform variance analysis.

• Establish and maintain standard financial procedures/processes for the tasks performed and ensure continuous efficiency improvement.

Job Requirements

• Good problem-solving skills and is able to multi-task with independence.
