Safety Management System Implementation: Support the implementation of the Company's Safety Management System, which may include tasks related to manuals and fleet notices.

smartPAL HSEQ Issue Follow-up (ERP) : Collaborate with stakeholders to follow up on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) used as core ship management platform for issues & queries.

Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the fleet.

Assist with HSEQ and Certification: smartPAL HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality), Quality Document Management System (QDMS), certification processes, and day-to-day crewing issues.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan for future deployments and unification efforts.

Mobile App Project Support: Assist in implementing a Mobile App project for LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) and Tanker operations.

Job Requirement

Education: Preferred a diploma/degree in Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, or Maritime Business.

Experience: 2 years of working experience in the marine industry.

Knowledge: Good knowledge of ISM (International Safety Management Code), ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code), MLC (Maritime Labor Convention), TMSA (Tanker Management and Self-Assessment), SIRE (Ship Inspection Report Program), and ISO standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring SAP FICO modules.
• Setting up financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Analyzing and improving business processes.

Requirement

• 8+ years of work experience ON SAP FICO.
• Experience in SAP FICO module with full-cycle, minimum one implementation including requirements gathering
• ECC and S/4 HANA environment, implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
• Planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, cut over and post go-live support, work experience in FI and CO processes, sound SAP FICO skills like AP, AR, AA, GL, CO-PA.
• Knowledge in SAP FI skills like payment runs, dunning, GL processes, product costing, profitability, analysis.
• Knowledge of pricing/taxation.
• Knowledge on integration with other SAP modules like SA&MM.
• ABAP knowledge and basic debugging skills
• Knowledge of AMS/SLA/dedication in issue resolution/Timelines
• Work experience on IDOCS/Interfaces.
• Experience in CO area.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and OData services.

Job Scope

• To assist in the drafting of customer agreements for the Group on a timely basis
• To conduct searches, collate and verify relevant documents from various parties and ensure completeness of documentation before drafting of agreements
• To maintain proper filing of contracts and safe keeping of original agreements at all time
• To assist and support in providing contract related information to various parties as and when requested
• Preparation of documents to respective finance personnel for accounting purposes
