In this role, you can expect to:

• Onboard new hires, provision laptops, and provide technical support
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems involving data, account administration, desktop hardware/software, and applications, escalating to the next tier when appropriate
• Perform support requests on various cloud services such as Google Workspace and Okta
• Monitor a helpdesk to provide support to 700+ geographically dispersed users and respond to tickets within the agreed time frame
• Work closely with IT vendors and partners
• Maintain an inventory of consumable IT products and know how to restock them locally

· Working hours: Monday to Friday from 830am to 530pm, Saturday from 830am to 1pm

- Must have Singapore valid Driving Licence

- Age less than 45 years old

- Minium Driving Experience in Singapore - (5)years

- Able to work overtime / Night shift if required

- Good communication in English. Myanmar language is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

The restaurant supervisor must ensure that the restaurant is neat and presentable, as the restaurant's appearance directly influences customer perception of the establishment's quality. A restaurant head captain ensures that all centrepieces are on the tables properly and that linens, silverware and glasses are clean. Restaurant captains often have a managerial role. It is their job to ensure all hosts and waiters are adequately trained and informed of the restaurant's policies and knowledge about menu items and daily specials.

• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of operating equipment, interact with customers, and inform guests and their needs, comments and suggestions.
• Maintain a perfect working relationship with the departments with its interactions.
• Ensure that all employees comply with the steps of service standards quality and phraseology.
• Greet and provide service to guests in a friendly, efficient, and polite manner.
• Establish good working relations with team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

3. Monitor and plan procedures for central kitchen and outlets.

4. Ability to train new managers in training.

5. Hands-on in setting up new outlets, negotiating with landlord.

6. Drive for operational excellence between outlets.

7. Handle challenging and difficult situations.

8. Reporting to Japan HQ for monthly reports.

2. Strong experience in managing staff and customers.

3. Good customer service experience.

4. Willing to travel across different outlets in Singapore.
