• ● Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of the Membership Ambassador team, ensuring they meet targets and represent the 1949 brand to the highest standard.Public Relations and Media Engagement:
• ● Act as a face of 1949, representing the club in media engagements, interviews, and high-profile events.
• ● Work closely with PR consultants to manage media relations, secure coverage, and develop PR strategies that align with 1949’s image as the top private members club in Singapore.Marketing and Brand Management:
• ● Oversee marketing agencies to ensure alignment with 1949’s brand positioning, digital outreach, and lead generation strategies.
• ● Collaborate on the creation and implementation of influencer campaigns and social media outreach to elevate the club’s profile.Sales Team Leadership:

● Lead, motivate, and manage the Membership Ambassador team, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to achieve sales targets.

● Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Membership Acquisition and Conversion:

• ● Directly engage with VIP prospects, leveraging personal networks and relationships to drive membership sign-ups.
• ● Conduct tours and presentations to showcase 1949’s exclusive benefits to potential members.
• ● Play a key role in the final stages of membership conversion, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new members.Event and Brand Partnerships:
• ● Collaborate with luxury brands, fashion partners, and influencers to create exclusive member-only events and experiences.
• ● Lead the execution of invite-only events, ensuring high-profile attendees are engaged with the club and its leadership team.
• ● Act as the liaison between the club and external luxury partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.Reporting and Accountability:
• ● Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
• ● Track key metrics such as membership acquisition rates, lead conversion, and member retention to ensure the club’s financial and membership goals are met.
• ● Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including data protection and membership agreements.Qualifications:
• ● Leadership experience: At least 10 years in a leadership role within sales, marketing, or membership management in Singapore with a solid track record of sales achievement.
• ● PR and Media Expertise: Strong experience in managing media relations and public engagements.
• ● Marketing and Agency Management: Proven experience in overseeing marketing agencies and executing digital and influencer-led campaigns.
• ● Networking and Relationship Management: Strong connections within the HNWI community, with a proven ability to leverage networks for sales.
• ● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, including the ability to confidently present 1949’s value proposition to stakeholders.
• ● Problem-solving Skills: Ability to proactively identify and address challenges with creative solutions.
• ● Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

• ● Base Salary: SGD 14,000 - 17,000 per month.
