The Housekeeper Supervisor is responsible in managing the entire housekeeping operations and team on a daily basis to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Supervise housekeeping staff, preparing schedules, assigning duties and providing guidance and performance feedback.
2. Inspect work performed by the housekeeping staff and provide feedback.
3. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, coordinating or ordering replacements and equipment repair.
4. Respond to guests’ requests, inquiries and manage lost and found.
5. Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
6. Maintain high level of hygiene, health and safety by adhering to Company policies and procedures at all times.
7. Facilitate housekeeping staff training on standard operating procedures, safety policies and health/sanitation regulations.
8. Inspect premises, common area and/or guest rooms to ensure compliance to Company procedures and health/sanitation regulations.
9. Ensure that a detailed daily log is maintained for any incidents and shifts handover.
10. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new product development project from concept to launch
• Support and improve existing product lines
• Support activities to reduce production cost, lead-time and improve product reliability and quality

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement payment submission, strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
• Support the APAC team and handling complex tasks and payment requests.
• Review and check invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment, and prepare analyses of monthly payment reports.
• Build good communication among requestors, buyers, finance and suppliers.
• Improve the payment efficiency by identifying the pain points, then propose solutions.
• Assist senior manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or related business disciplines.
• At least 2+ years of working experience in procurement/supply chain or other related fields
• Critical thinking to embrace challenges, good sense of ownership, attention to detail, self-motivated, having a can-do attitude to handle urgent and complex requests
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Quick in learning IT Systems
• At least intermediate level in MS Excel and MS Power Point

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and guests’ request. Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to supervisor for further follow up when necessary. Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested. Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
• Able to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality and good public relations skills
• Previous experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge will be advantageous
