About the job
In this position, you will join a global team of specialists and will directly report to the Head of Identity and Access Management Team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's backend Active Directory, Azure Active Directory as well as our Virtual Desktop infrastructure and associated services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the availability, security, and efficient operation of these critical components. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, updating and optimizing our environment.
In addition, your tasks will include
- Maintain and operate Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory backend infrastructure.
- Implementing IT Security requirements
- Extend existing AD Hardening and Tiering concepts.
- Planning, managing and deploying Virtual Desktop Technologies (Citrix and RDS).
- Client provisioning, patch management and software deployment.
- Developing and maintaining definitions for Hardware & Software standards, procedures, guidelines and technical documentation.
- Monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting, configuration of responsible services.
- Incident management via ticket system (2nd Level Support IT to IT only).
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies, solutions and possibilities and contribute to medium as well as large-scale IT projects

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or any technical field of similar relevance, Education as a computer scientist or similar education in the field of information technology
- Advanced technical infrastructure configuration/customization and operations skills
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- German language skills will be considered a valuable asset to liaise with colleagues in Austria
Work Experience
- Several years of relevant working experience.
- Advanced experience in IT operations, configuration, and IT infrastructure processes
- Experience with IT security measures in regards of AD Hardening and Tiering
- Experience with software deployment and client provisioning tools.

The annual gross salary for this position will start from SGD 70,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
