Supporting the Talent agenda

• Provide HR support to execute the Talent priorities for the group. These range from recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation and benefits management, performance

management and Learning and Development

• Work with the HR Head to deliver the full range of HR services to the business

• Assist in the timely implementation and execution of talent processes

• Assist in managing employee relations issues (grievances, performance related issues, termination of employment, etc.) in conjunction with the Management and head of offices

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in a HR generalist preferably in a regional or global role.

• Previous experience in assisting with the management of employee relations issues

• Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, Strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills

• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Internship Overview

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Intern to support our team across social media management and event planning. This opportunity includes hands-on experience writing for and managing the global social media accounts of our manufacturing & design brands as well as playing an active role in planning and executing face-to-face, fan & community events in Singapore. On-boarding training and occasional work-from-home days will be provided.
