The successful candidate will join Information Technology Division and be a part of a dynamic and fast paced team. • Play an integral role in our SAP S/4 HANA implementation project and working in areas of Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields

• At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in SAP FICO, MM and/or PM modules and experience in integrating SAP ERP modules with non-SAP systems

• Knowledge and experience in S/4HANA is preferred and other SAP add-on solutions such as Ariba, TripRecord, IBP and iMRO would be added advantage

• Have knowledge / experience in delivering projects under the Agile framework

An exciting opportunity as a Piping Supervisor awaits the successful candidate.

The Piping Supervisor will support to monitor all subcontractor activities for piping works.

Main tasks:

· Support to ensure that applicable project specifications and standard codes were correctly executed during piping fabrication and erection.

· Support to supervise fabrication and erection of pipe spools and pipe supports as per latest issued construction drawing.

· Support in supervising piping works to be performed by construction sub-contractor and to insure the compliance with established the construction activities.

· Support to conduct site surveys with sub-contractors engineering group to propose new routes and locations for expansion facilities where interference occurred.

· Assist to ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner.

· Assist to conduct weekly HSE assessments and safety walk through, safe and unsafe auditing.

· Support to verify engineering queries from sub-contractors at site and proposals and give recommendations.

· Support to supervise the construction sub-contractor ensuring the compliance with the applicable specification and standard.

· Assist to ensure the quantity of the work executed by the construction sub-contractor and monitor the compliance with established schedule.

· Assist to evaluate the construction sub-contractor work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary.

· Support to ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy result.

· Assist in monitoring the progress with schedules and updating to lead construction engineer.

· Support to make daily man-hour consume by sub-contractor and estimate the modification activities including additional works to assure the conformance of budget installation.

· Assist in organizing for preparation of piping systems for testing based on the test pack limits specified in the approved test packs.

· Support in preparation of test package as per piping system and test package priority schedule.

· Attend final walkthrough of completed piping systems and verify clearing of all punch list prior to mechanical completion.

· Assist to implement the Field Quality Control Plan/Procedures and construction specification for construction activities.

· Support the Quality Control Manager (QCM) in performing the quality control activities in light of:

· - Advising on quality control procedures, methods and practices/actions;

· - Providing adjustments, when necessary, to QCP and QCR;

· Support to analyse and report the Quality Control results;

· Support to ensure timely resolution of any QC problems encountered during construction;

· Support to ensure the collection and filing of Quality Control Reports issued during the construction works and of any other document certifying the quality of the works in the Construction Quality Dossier to assure traceability of documents, according to itemization criteria by proper filing and indexing;

· Assist to implement the “Field Non-Conformities Management Procedures”;

Job Requirements:

· From 5 to 10 years of experience in Piping Work Supervision and Quality Control

· Education qualification – General Degree

· Good experience in the Oil & Gas sector

· Significant knowledge of tools or equivalent to: Si.ge.ore, WPS, MDM. Key user knowledge of Jeevan, Bio+, Easy Piping, Easy Plant, Const. Sim, Primavera, SPMAT, ACAD/Revit.

• Mastery of sourcing technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI tools
• Contribution to the development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns and sourcing strategies

Experience and qualifications:

• A degree in business, information systems or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in recruitment or corporate talent acquisition
• Prior experience sourcing and qualifying senior candidates for a variety of roles
• Prior experience in business analysis, data, change management, or process improvement preferred but not a must
• Passion and drive to be a subject matter expert with the latest technologies concerning the headhunting and talent management industry
• High organisation skills with ability to hit deadlines and work to timelines

As our Head of Client Services you will be responsible taking the unified EBC Asia - and sister company EBC Connect - client world to a whole new level.
