Probation period- 3 months

Responsibilities:

· daily legal administrative support duties, data entry, monitor deadlines

· Assist and support lawyers in file management

· Preparation of forms

· Preparation of invoices and monthly account summary for clients

· Filing, photocopying, binding and scanning of documents and invoices

• Responsible for supporting Maps data-collection projects and running tasks in compliance with Maps Field Operations processes.
