• Update WMS, TMS on Cargo Status.

• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Qualification Summary

Experience:

This position requires minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.

Education:

Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Good Communication skills

• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for enhancing equipment capacity and validating operations productivity.
• Establish planning factors for both short-term and strategic planning scenarios.
• Monitor and address imminent short-term production bottlenecks.
• Formulate strategies for shop floor scheduling to align with planned throughput.
• Collaborate closely with the Production team to regulate dispatch points and ensure a seamless production process

Requirements:

• Possesses a degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent. Demonstrates strong knowledge in manufacturing and logistics processes, systems, and product costing within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP.
