JOB DESCRIPTION
Ā· Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
Ā· Managing full sets of accounts AR/AP/GL, including monthly/quarterly/yearly account closing
Ā· Perform inter-company transactions reconciliation
Ā· Maintain fixed assets and FRS116 recording and filing
Ā· Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation
Ā· Preparation and e-filing of GST
Ā· Support & prepare documents and materials for auditing & tax purposes
Ā· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/head of the department
Requirements
Ā· A recognised Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)
Ā· Preferably Experience in XERO/NetSuite Accounting Software
Ā· Proficient in MS Word & Excel (i.e. V-lookup)
Ā· Self-motivated & able to plan, organise and work independently to meet job objectives and deadlines
Ā· Good Team Player
Ā· At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar position
