Requirement:

· VMWARE Cloud, Virtualization, Server and Storage vendor Certifications Preferred.

· 10+ years of previous Implementing / Architecting & virtualization experience, across multiple vendor and technologies.

· In-depth understanding of Cloud, Server, Storage, and Virtualization architecture design techniques, theories, principles, and practices.

· Solid experience in implementing enterprise Cloud, Virtualization, Server and Storage systems within a broad spectrum of technologies.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:

· Excellent Knowledge of Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud environments

· Excellent Knowledge of Cloud Orchestration platforms

· Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, in HA/DR type configurations.

· Excellent knowledge of Sever hardware platforms: x86

· Excellent knowledge & working experience of VMWare ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vRA, VRO, VROPs, vRLI, NSX-T, Horizon View

· Excellent knowledge of SAN, NAS, DAS, RAID, SCSI, Fibre Channel, Backup to Disk, clustering, encryption technologies from multiple vendors.

· Should be extremely proficient in PowerShell, Shell scripting / Python / Ansible development

Responsibilities:

· Report to Property Manager.

· Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the property under your management.

· Assist in the supervision of building repair and improvement works.

· Manage all maintenance issues and attending to tenants’ requests/feedback.

· Liaise and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

· Ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and building regulations.

· Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the tenants operating within the managed properties.

· Manage all operational matters including Facility and Security of the property

· Oversee the logistic operations for the self-storage facility.

· Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or other any related field

• At least 2 years of experience in similar field

• Experience in property and facilities management preferred

• Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills

• Experience in using MS Office
