• Monitor and recommend the optimal stock holding level to retailers to avoid out-of-stock or overstock.
• Able to understand basic selling procedures.
• Manage the itinerary given and ensure that all outlets allocated per day are being serviced.
• Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales services.
• Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitors promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.

Key Requirement:

• Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Supermarket (e.g. Fairprice, Cold Storage & Giant)
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and Customer service skills
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude.

We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support our expanding operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchasing records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices and receipts.
• Support accounting functions such as processing vendor invoices, preparing payment vouchers and others.
• Provide administrative support to the workshop team
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate accounting, purchasing, administrative and workshop activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.
• Good Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues/workers
• Energetic and willing to learn
