RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate specific project procedures pertaining to document control processes & ensure the accuracy of the metadata of project documents,such as, number, title, revision, status, in accordance to project specifications
• Manage all official project documents stored in the Document Management System & documentations between the Capital Project and other organization to ensure appropriate database/log entries for tracking purposes

General Overview

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop arrangement and detail conceptual, FEED, studies and detail design drawings of high technical quality and professional consistent presentation ensuring clarity and ease of construction.

• Generate 2D and 3D piping design deliverables such as model specifications, catalog items, piping layouts and studies, support drawings and pipe stress isometrics.

• Perform 3D model clash checks, prepare reports for inter-discipline resolution and participating in clash resolution meetings.

• Review vendor documents and provide comments for piping and equipment interfaces.

• Ensure design deliverables are completed and issued per project specifications, MDR and project Level 2 & 3 procedures, and within agreed schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in piping 3D and P&ID drawings in Oil & Gas industry supporting offshore projects, preferably FPSOs.

• Proficient in design programs E3D, AutoCAD, MS Offices, NavisWorks

• Able to understand the functional requirements from Piping Engineers and draft layout drawings with correct representations as per Industry & Company Standard.

• Able to manage markups, comments & coordination with relevant engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site work to ensure project progress and compliance with safety standards
• Responsible for the signing of work permits
• Coordinate and liaise with the client

Qualifications:

• Must complete Certified Safety and Project Manager (CSPM) training
• Relevant experience in project management, with a preference for candidates with cold storage project management experience
• Knowledge of Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with PRC clients and other relevant stakeholders
