RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students
• Deliver lessons using evidence-based pedagogy and meaningful activities to meet the educational needs of individual students
• Implement appropriate modes of assessment to monitor student progress by providing accurate feedback, and implement suitable instructional supports to close gaps
• Build a strong relationship with students by demonstrating care, concern and encouragement
• Formulate data-based, student-centered IEP and ITP process for all students, and support their attainment of IEP and ITP goals through appropriate strategies implemented in partnerships with families, caregivers, Allied Professionals and other relevant stakeholders
• Design and implement positive, robust classroom routines and practices to create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment as well as foster student development and well-being
• Implement techniques and behaviour plans to manage students with complex and challenging behaviours
• Manage emergency situations to resolve any immediate safety concerns and implement required school processes
• Proactively engage in professional development for knowledge and skills development
• Participate in professional learning teams to foster collaborative learning between staff members
• Assist in CCA to enhance students' learning experiences
• Participate as a committee member to support various school initiatives and/or events
• Maintain direct communications with external stakeholders (e.g. families, caregivers, community partners and commercial partners) to support students and/or school initiatives
• Work in partnership with families to support student learning and Transition Planning to achieve positive post school outcomes
• Manage daily administrative tasks (e.g. track attendance, collect forms, update families/caregivers.)

• GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma or Degree in any discipline or Diploma in Autism, Education or Special Education.

• Relevant experience in teaching special needs students will be an advantage.
• Passionate about each child personal growth and open to new and innovative methods of teaching.
• Able to work with children or youth ranging from 7 18 years of age with one or more learning difficulties
• Able to work in a team with social workers, therapist and other teaching colleagues.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Processes at least a Class 3 and / or Class 4 Driving License
• Preferably specialized in Motor Vehicle - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
• Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
• Keep logs on work and issues
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
• 6 Days work week. Required to work on Saturdays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision, executing and coordinate project activities.
• Ensuring that the project is on-schedule and quality standards.
• Review installation plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Supervise constructions activities.
• Involvement in both internal and external WSH Activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including daily report, inspection records and As-Built drawings.

• Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving License
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi task.
