• 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing. Pre-opening experience and experience with sustainability initiatives would be useful
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene regulations, inclusive of knowledge on food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to enroll and complete projects.

• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Waiters / Waitresses for our Dining outlets in our Resort. You will serve as our Brand Ambassador and ensure that our guests enjoy the unparallel levels of service that are associated with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service always.
• Ensure timely and good communication with Management on operation matters.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items and upselling of the menu to guests.
• Prepare and check tables before service.
• Prompt to clear and reset tables after service.
• Ensure that all Resort's practices and procedures are met when delivering food from the kitchen to our Guests.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and order of the restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service station at all times.
• Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed in allocated times in accordance to the resort’s F&B standards.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures in a timely manner.
• Always be assertive and attentive to guests’ needs.
• Have thorough knowledge of all product and service procedures
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Food and Beverage/Customer Service or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field
• 1 to 3 years experience, preferably in the Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated team player, able to perform with minimal supervision.
